Is the price really fixed, with no hidden fees?
Yes. The price shown on each package is the full price for that scope โ the only add-on is the optional Priority Bump for faster turnaround, and that surcharge is always shown before you confirm. There are no hourly charges or surprise revisions fees.
How long does delivery actually take?
Standard packages are delivered in 48โ72 hours. If you need it sooner, Priority Bump moves you to the front of the queue for delivery in under 24 hours, for a 50% surcharge shown live in your order summary.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Let our team know what needs adjusting through your order thread or WhatsApp, and they will work with you to align the result with your original brief. Significant scope changes beyond the original brief may be quoted as a separate package.
Do I have to upload source files to place an order?
No โ source files are entirely optional. If your project needs them, share a Drive/Dropbox link or send them directly to our team over WhatsApp after checkout. There is no direct file upload on this page.
Is my payment and project information secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted end-to-end, and your brief and files are only shared with the specialists working on your order.
